I've been coming to this Unos for a while and the last few times I've been there I've been taken aback by the attitude of the brunette manager. I've seen her give dirty looks not only to her employees but to customers as well, and I've witnessed multiple occasions where she was very unprofessional. The last two times I visited Unos in Westborough I was happily surprised. They have a new(ish) gluten-free pizza with a thin and crispy cauliflower crust, which was delish. The servers were friendly and attentive both times. Most recently, I went with a large group, and our server, Kim, was amazing at keeping track of everyone, their orders, and their checks.
