Zitis Italian Trattoria

Ziti's was once a fantastic restaurant. This was... 20 or so years ago. I understand things change, but, I returned there for the nostalgia and expected great food. This could not have been further from the truth.

If I could rate my experience a zero out of four I would. The staff showed us zero attention, didn't provide us with the drinks we ordered, nor napkins, etc., and served us a pizza that was SO waterlogged it was inedible. We literally threw away an entire Vegetarian Pizza.

I will NEVER go back to nor recommend again. Save your money and go anywhere but there...

I have been coming to Ziti’s for years and every time I go in for dinner, the food is always outstanding! Their chicken Parmesan and their eggplant Parmesan are so delicious and are always my go to there! Their tomato sauce is so good and it tastes like my Mom used to make! Whenever we had a family party we always ordered their catering - and it always got tons of compliments! We just had dinner there and ordered catering last week - everything was perfect!

Zitis is definitely a gem. I get lunch here and often get the Caesar salad and it’s more than 10/10. The grilled chicken is very well seasoned and their caesar dressing pulls everything together and it comes with bread that is absolutely delicious. Their pizza is also very good and good size. The service is amazing. The employees deserve recognition as they are all very attentive and kind. Don’t hesitate to eat here :)

I went here with a group of my friends and the waitress named Patty was so kind, caring and compassionate. she deserves he world and was one of the kindest people we have ever met. We even got a picture with her. In case there are more than one Pattys this one had brownish hair and in her late sixties to early seventies. she honestly made my week!

We’ve been enjoying Ziti’s for over 25 years. Always delicious and consistent. When we’re in the Westboro/Northboro area, it our go to place for a fast Italian meal.

The cheese steak and Italian sub were both delicious. When in Southbough on business I mostly take advantage of the amazing Indian restaurants. I needed a break from that and found Ziti's. I couldn't decide on a cheseesteak or Italian sub so I got both knowing I'd have food for a few days at my hotel. The bread they use is delicious. Steak was tender and seasoned well. The Italian seemed to be mostly vegetables. Not nearly the amount of meat I expect and was kind of hard to eat because the chopped lettuce, tomato, and onion were falling out everywhere. One I got a handle on it, I enjoyed the higher vegetable to meat ratio. I will definitely get both subs again when in town.

What Ziti's lacks in atmosphere, the food and service make up for. Been going to Ziti's in Westborough since they opened in the early 90's. The food has always been fantastic. Comfort food. And the service staff are bright and friendly.

Kid-friendliness: Ziti's is a family restaurant and kids are always welcome.

It's a strip mall Italian place. You would expect it to be mediocre at best based on the weirdly dark parking lot at night with only half the signs illuminated...but they have surprisingly good food and the waitresses are outstanding. The place always seems to be busy and every time I eat there or get take out, I always ask myself "why don't I come here more often?"

I should go there more often.

I ordered an antipasto. And asked what was in it and they told me turkey! Sorry but turkey is never put in an antipasto? I was sadly disappointed because for 17 bucks they should have put it in a bigger container there was a handful of lettuce in the salad and then on top of it they forget to put my tomatoes on it
