I went here with a group of my friends and the waitress named Patty was so kind, caring and compassionate. she deserves he world and was one of the kindest people we have ever met. We even got a picture with her. In case there are more than one Pattys this one had brownish hair and in her late sixties to early seventies. she honestly made my week!

The cheese steak and Italian sub were both delicious. When in Southbough on business I mostly take advantage of the amazing Indian restaurants. I needed a break from that and found Ziti's. I couldn't decide on a cheseesteak or Italian sub so I got both knowing I'd have food for a few days at my hotel. The bread they use is delicious. Steak was tender and seasoned well. What Ziti's lacks in atmosphere, the food and service make up for. Been going to Ziti's in Westborough since they opened in the early 90's. The food has always been fantastic. Comfort food. And the service staff are bright and friendly.

Kid-friendliness: Ziti's is a family restaurant and kids are always welcome.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheel chair accessible.
