Both the front of house and back of house take food allergies very seriously here. I was very impressed at their protocols and cleanliness and it definitely makes me feel assured about dining here. They have a new menu and I really liked the options-- there is something everyone will enjoy. I had the chicken fajita bowl and it was delicious and huge. Being right before the holiday season, it was busy, yet everyone was super friendly and helpful, and our food came in a timely manner. I also really liked that, unlike some restaurants, 99 keeps the dining room comfortably heated in the winter. I didn't have to wear my coat though dinner like at most places. I bring my mom here a lot when she visits, because they always get her order just right and the wait staff is so friendly. The Westfield 99 consistently does it right, always going the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Thank you!!

The food is just like every other. But...the Order-to-go Employee working tonight (7/31) in the pouring rain wasn't even given an umbrella. She was soaking wet and still smiled!! Absolutely outrageous!! She definitely got a whopping tip
