Food is so good my favorite Vietnamese spot
Best iced coffee ever!! If you haven't tried you're missing out!
Summer rolls, and bahn mi sandwiches are perfect for summer. But in all seriousness everything we've ever ordered here is delicious!
Awful taste.
INSANELY RUDE, EVERY SINGLE TIME, and its quite sad because food is really good, but that's thanks to the guys wirking in kitchen, unfortunately you deal with a super rude and unpleasant lady upfront
I was passing through town and stopped here since it seemed like the most interesting food in the area. The ambience was very casual and simple. The spring rolls were tasty and the rest of the food was average. Food arrived quickly and prices seemed fair.
Overall disappointing experience and mediocre food. The food was not prepared with care. The buns were bought frozen and microwaved. The inside was not clean. Our table was sticky and on the the seats in the booth broken. The service was also lacking. Our server disappeared after bring us our food. After finishing out we waited another 30 or 40 mins but she was gone. We ended up having to talk to the guy in the kitchen who was just sitting on his phone despite us standing by the counter for a while. Our server came back in finally and we were able to leave. I’m surprised by all the glowing reviews. Maybe we caught them on an off day but we won’t be back. We love Vietnamese food but this place was just not very good. I think there’s some better options for Vietnamese food in Springfield and Hartford area.
The waitress was cold & curt. Her English was quite limited, which would explain why she could not and would not provide me with the password to the Wi-Fi. I tried multiple combinations of the words she was telling me to enter in-various combinations of capitalized uncapitalized, with spaces and without; never got on the Wi-Fi. She acted as if it was my fault. One of her kids was in the restaurant. He was adorable. Other than that. The food was great. They have to write down the password.
I’ve never had bad Vietnamese before. The pad Thai chicken had a very bad flavor. The rice and soy sauce were spilled all over our bag, my shrimp was very fishy and the soup was cold and noodles stuck together. They forgot the fried rice for our little one. Both my wife and I have stomach aches and threw all our food out, we will not be coming back.

I’ve been working in Westfield this year and have been eating here once or twice a week. I’ve tried most of the Pho, it’s all delicious…the fresh summer rolls and the pork buns are my staples

Pleasantly surprised at how good this place is! Food is excellent, wide variety of choices true to Korean style, but unique, prepared with care and consistency. The bubble tea and variety of drink concoctions are equally as good and appreciated. It’s sort of endearing how you are pointed to a numbered booth when dining in, as you realize this is a tightly run ship, service is courteous and prompt, hosted by one lady entirely it seems. Well worth checking out, I’ve made this a regular stop when the craving hits.

Best pho around! I make it a point to find good pho. My favorite place was all the way in East Hartford but I like this place even more and so do my kids. The staff and owners are very sweet and make it a point to show their gratitude for your business.
Made an hour trip to try it (i’m a big Pho connoisseur so I do that) and it was closed even though hours said open. :/ I guess I should have called first, but please update your hours!

Omg the broth of the pho was so delish. Definitely would love to try other food from here and try pork this time not beef. The beef was k but the broth was really delish couldn't stop drinking it. So i had to come again so i ask for the pork pho with the beef broth omg it is so good. Also tried the spring roll yum but not all of them. They finally had the shrimp roll yum and rice this rice right here is really good.
First time ever eating at the restaurant and omg it smelled so bad the restaurant. But the food tasted good like it always has.
