The wife and I enjoy having dinner here at Applebee's. The food is awesome and the staff are very friendly I love the ribeye steak dinner with onion rings and loaded mashed potatoes. It's an awesome meal.

We went to this establishment a few days ago. Im allergic to beans. I ordered a Caesar salad. Had a black bean in it. I went to the manager and told her about it and she told me I had to tell her about my allergies. Why do I have to tell you about my allergies when the food im ordering isn't supposed to have the food im allergic to. Caesar salad doesn't have beans. I asked if she could take the Caesar salad off the bill since it wasnt correct and instead she starting yelling at me infront of everyone for no reason. She kicked me out and said I could not go to this esthablishment again. Her name was Laura. She is extremely disrespectful and improfessional. Everytime I go to this Applebee's my food is done incorrect. I am never going to this esthablishment again.

Absolutely horrible service. Wasn’t very busy either, waiting 15 mins for a water, the 45 for our food. Needed to get a box and said forget it cause we could never find our waitress. Management did come over and asked “is everything taste good” my reply yea the air taste great. The servers clearly don’t want to work, and you can’t get service. Even my daughter who works at another Applebees closer to home said this is very bad Service and that her Applebee’s would never be like this. Good thing she didn’t ask to be transferred to this one.

Ordered on the Applebee's app for delivery and an item was forgotten. Called the restaurant 6 times only to repeatedly get hung up on. I ordered for delivery for a reason. Now I have to still drive there to get my missing item after paying the $13.02 service fee and a $2.99 dispatch fee. On top of a $25 tip to the driver. Very disappointed in the Applebee's in Westfield MA.
Update: manager was awesome. Compensated me the meal.

I came after 10:00 pm but the costumer service was so bad and the waitress wants us to set wherever she want and they are disrespectful and so rude i don’t know how these restaurants are working, i am sure this site will lose a lot of their costumer.
