The worst chipotle in western mass. The guy at the window was extremely rude, I think I interrupted his cell phone time. The portions were good for once however the chicken was dry and hard. There was one employee there that had braids very pleasant and looked like the only one working. I won’t return.

Stopped by around 2 pm I was the only customer in the store. Was very kind and appreciative, in return they were extremely rude. Gave me the smallest portions I’ve ever seen at any chipotle. In return I still said thank you and smiled. Payed cash they checked my bills and basically threw the change at me. If there was 0 stars they would deserve it. I’ve heard bad stories from this location but I had to see it for myself. Either the management or the workers has to change!

Worst chipotle within a 20 mile radius. Ordered online, waited 20 minutes in a line of 8 cars. Went to go inside and pickup, but all the doors were locked with customers still inside. Not to mention all the previous times going there before dinner and already being out of multiple items that are a normal staple for any meal

This is the saddest location. May 5, 2024 at appprox. 5:50pm. young woman with well drawn eyebrows was the rudest to me I’ve ever had in a Chipotle. I said hello and she scoffed at me as she slopped my food onto my tray. The whole staff looked miserable. I saw the manager standing in a pile of food and receipts on the kitchen floor. Wasn’t given a receipt for survey, likely on purpose given the conditions. I won’t go back. The service stinks and it’s kind of dirty for a Chipotle. Food and portioning were consistent with previous visits. Place needs a face lift.

While visiting Chipotle today, I experienced an unsettling instance of racial profiling. The staff treated me differently from other customers, and their demeanor made me feel unwelcome and judged solely based on my appearance. To make matters worse, some of the workers were laughing and appeared to be mocking me, which added to the humiliation and frustration. This experience left me feeling deeply hurt and disrespected, and it’s unacceptable for any business to allow such behavior from its employees.
Ordered for the second time ever in my life and will never eat at Chipotle again. My first time was in Georgia in 2013. Stingy restaurant I ordered the burrito bowl and I barely had any meat. Not recommended and overpriced . Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my visit to this chipotle. There was a line and the staff was trying to make the last of the food that was out last so my bowl was half empty. I’m not one to complain I understand portions and weighing meats and what not but the scoop of rice I received was actually PATHETIC. The people working simply wanted to get through the line and DID NOT make for a welcoming experience. They were out of forks in the dining area and simply told us that it would be a couple minutes, to put some forks out?????? Additionally all of the food was cold, my bowl, my friends bowl, and my friend’s burrito. I frequent various chipotle’s but I will NEVER be coming back to this one.
