Sam served me and my friend with such an attitude. She was so rude and condescending and even threw a cup at our food bag. I love chipotle but Sam ruined the experience… will not be coming back to this location.

Marcus was so polite and attentive and made sure he got everything right with our orders! Food was excellent and the portions were incredible! Thank you Marcus! The other staff were equally as great that night, making sure we were taken care of and the restaurant was clean. Everything was stocked up and I cannot stop raving about how big the portions were. I wonder how come this chipotle dirty all the time, 24/7 no exceptions. Worst chipotle in entire western mass. Who owns or manages this place. Any fastfood restaurant is cleaner than this in westfield, you name it. Windows, entrance, doors, door handles, floors, forks, knives, straws, counters, tables literally everything dirty. It takes 40-50 bucks to feed 2 people in here come on now. Close this store. it literally hurts the brand name
The worst chipotle in western mass. The guy at the window was extremely rude, I think I interrupted his cell phone time. The portions were good for once however the chicken was dry and hard. There was one employee there that had braids very pleasant and looked like the only one working. I won’t return.
