Dominos is a scam! Specifically, this store charges extra for when i try and change my sauce! Bbq, or the more expensive alfrado which i can understand an upcharge for considering its higher product cost, but an extra few dollars for bbq sauce? Scam!!

They have a weird delivery radius (their app says they deliver to me but this store refuses to deliver to my street), they don't deliver as close as 3 miles from the store, and they're super rude when they call to tell you they won't deliver.

Quick to prepare and deliver to my address and were very polite when handing over my order. Unfortunately they had forgotten one item and said “I’ll be right back” and ran to the car. When I noticed they drove off, I didn’t think I was going to get my missing item. BUT I was so wrong. They returned from the store fairly quickly and apologized multiple times. I appreciated the commitment to fulfilling my order correctly and hope J (wish I had their full name to thank properly) has a great night!!

Horrible customer service/delivery all together. Aside from the amazingly talented cooks, it seems everyone else has an unecessary attitude over doing their jobs ethically and according OSHA at the very least.. Not even dogs eat off of a floor. They eat from bowls. So why put someone's order on the floor/ground? There was no phone call attempt on any of the several times Ive experienced picking my food up from the floor. You will not find empathy or common sense here at this particular Westfield Domino's location. Do not attempt to correct the information given over the phone either. That will grant you an immediate attitude as well. Will be shopping strictly local from now on.

This dominoes has the best tasting food of all others in the local surrounding towns. Idk what it is but the bread, sauce, cheese etc.. just tastes better imo. They're usually very polite and the orders are always ready on time. Never had a delivery from them but everything else is great! I go out of my way to get food here as opposed to other stores, I've passed other locations while driving here because it's definitely worth it! If you ever get a chance to do a comparison test between two stores try it out I did it and this store definitely blew away all the others in the area!!

I ordered on the app and The app remembered to take my money but didn’t send anything to the store so I basically donated $35 to Domino’s and there’s no way to talk to a customer service representative literally cannot talk to an actual person. You gotta send an email and hope to God that eventually they get back to you and then I tried to order again because that’s what the person at the store said to do I did that and it took that money and then didn’t send my order to the store if you’re gonna get any food from this place do not use the app. I have a feeling that they are scamming people out of their money because what are the chances that they’re taking your money, not sending the order to the store and you can’t physically talk to an actual person for customer service.
