My favorite dunks. Amazing customer service and always get my order right. Except the rude one that works morning shifts before 7am. I avoid her and go to the other dunks if it's morning and I can. In the afternoon this one is my favorite.

I have been coming to this Westfield Dunkin on Southwick Rd since last summer. I always start my day here which means I'm usually there before 7:00 a.m. Back then, things ran nice and smooth and I was always able to get in and out quickly. Unfortunately, over the last several months, the service seems to have gone downhill and takes much longer to actually get your food. This is puzzling to me because the service and food have always been top notch. I have noticed a few of the familiar faces that worked behind the counter are no longer there. Could it possibly be a training issue with the new workers?

The staff provided excellent service. They deserve the best rating. Their boss does not allow them to take TIPS! When I tried to give it again, this incredible employee declined and stated she could not accept my generosity because she follows the rules as set forth by her EMPLOYER! . She deserves my gratitude at the very least! Merry Christmas.

Alex and Hailey were delightful. I ordered on the drive-thru app and there was a hiccup with the machine not receiving my order. It was addressed politely by both and they were wicked kind. Top notch customer service. Will be returning.
