I used to go to this dunkin all the time, and I never had the rudest interaction with an employee there. Today I went up to the front desk and the lady at the counter just looks at me and rudely says “what.” Seemed like she was too bothered to take my order. Is this how you treat all of your customers? Wish I talked to a manager. I will never come to this store ever again.

So I go to this Dunkin every day since I moved out here and I never got a bad vibe until today when I placed my walk-in order. I live right down the street and it’s only a 4 minute walk so I usually place my order as I leave my house to pick up my morning coffee right. Well I get there and my coffee isn’t ready and I don’t say anything or stare at anyone because I understand the industry and I wait patiently. Well I hear one of the girls say “I think she’s here” referring me since I’m the only woman waiting for my mobile order and then proceeds to say “give us a damn minute before walking in” as I’m standing right there like I can’t hear a damn thing. So one other girl calls my name I grab my coffee and roll my eyes despite the attitude these girls had. And as I walk out I hear them say something so I turn around and they stare blankly at me.. What a way to ruin someone’s day when they did nothing to you… I never said anything or demanding my order anytime I go there… do better Dunkin.
