I’m a loyal Dunkin’ mobile-order veteran — I hit send, walk in, grab my coffee and sandwich, and get on with life. Easy. Efficient. Beautiful.
But not today.
I stroll in, see my receipt front and center in front of order #4, and right behind it — a bag. My bag. Or so I thought. As I reach for it, the lady behind the counter snaps, “Don’t grab the bag, I was going to hand you your bag!”
Okay, no problem. Except she keeps muttering about it like I just tried to rob Fort Knox. I’m standing there wondering if I need a permit to pick up a breakfast sandwich now.
I’m all for “America Runs on Dunkin’,” but apparently this one runs on attitude.
There’s another Dunkin’ a half mile away, and guess what? That’s where I’ll be running next time. Because I don’t have time for poor customer service before caffeine — that’s just cruel.

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost every Saturday and today the girl took my order for a dozen donuts and then she went outside to talk to her friend. I asked the lady behind the counter, is she going to make my order and she said she’ll be back in a minute, the lady behind the counter had to complete my order and the girl didn’t even come back inside before I left. She was outside talking to her friend. I have never had bad service here before so unfortunately today was not a good day! To Dunkin’ Donuts this happened just before 8 AM if you look at your cameras, you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.

It was an ok experience. They need to direct people with large orders inside so commuters can get in and out on their way to work from 7a to 9a. A 20 minute wait is crazy!

My name ia Lisa and the Dunkin' location on North Elm Street is truly a gem! Every time I visit, the service is quick, friendly, and efficient. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure every order is accurate and prepared to perfection.
The coffee is always fresh and made just the way I like it. Whether it’s my usual iced coffee or a seasonal favorite, it’s consistently delicious. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are fresh and satisfying, and I appreciate how clean and well-organized the entire establishment is.
What sets this Dunkin' apart is the positive atmosphere. The staff greet you with smiles, even during the busiest times. The drive-thru is fast, and the orders are always correct—a rarity at some locations.
