Normally, I don’t go to Dunkin as I’m not a big fan of the coffee or food, but we were in a rush today (9/7/24 around 12:40 ish) and stopped. I made the mistake of asking for “light” cream thinking that meant just a splash. Of course it came out as if it was basically all cream. When I asked the man at the drive though window what I did wrong, he was extremely nice and offered to remake it and explained how I should ask next time. I appreciated the friendly and awesome customer service which seems rare to find these days. Very happy with that experience. If he reads this or management does, thank you very much for the service!

This used to be my favorite Dunkin to go to in the area but now it’s just terrible. The employees are rude. There is no reason you need to give me an attitude because YOU made MY coffee wrong. Then there’s the inappropriate conversation being had with the window wide open. Just another Dunkin that I’m adding to list of places to stay away from.

Why do I pay for a medium macchiato and the liquid isn't even the amount of a small? I'm paying almost $5 for air. Sucks.We've been going here a long long time. But these last few visits suck. Doesn't matter the drink, hot...cold... It's been majorly SUCKING.

I’m a Fein for Dunkin’ Donuts ??It is a necessity for my special needs, these donuts cure my anxiety and mental illnesses.The service here is great and I had a terrific experience here.And the breakfast bagel taste so yummy it’s my go to every time I go there to pick my girlfriend up. YUMMY ? the manager is very nice and the staff is also very nice they’re very clean as well. Perfect place for grab and go or a dine in.
