I am very dissatisfied with this Dunkin’ location. My orders are frequently incorrect, wait times are consistently long, and the staff often come across as rude or dismissive.
I am also concerned about food safety and hygiene practices, as I have observed employees working with their hair down and wearing long acrylic nails while handling food. This does not reflect the sanitation standards I would expect from Dunkin’.
Unfortunately, the service here has been so poor that I now drive out of my way to another Dunkin’ location rather than return to this one. I hope management takes action to improve both customer service and food safety practices at this store.

The lid was not entirely on my hot coffee The coffee spilled all over me in my car The young gentleman tried to give me a few napkins I asked for a manager The young girl with the fake dyed blonde orange hair laughed when they were all huddled around
I didn’t not get offered a refund I had to ask for a new coffee no one seemed upset or apologetic Nothing was given to me not my coffee or food I came thru at 815 9/8/25

It has the most unfriendly staff and no body at the counter inside,they act like your bothering them as dance ,joke, in the back and 2 days ago went to drive thru and place order wrong stuff in bag gave it back but then she never gave me my drink gave me it to me , you get the most most nasty looks from lady workers there , if you don't like your job move on ,

2/20/25 @10:30 I go in Nobody in the front counter, wait around even walk to the pick up side and don’t get acknowledged, not a “hey good morning” or even a “someone will be right there”…nothing. But the disrespectful part is they couldn’t get a medium hot caramel swirl with almond milk and 5 sugars correct.
