But the disrespectful part is they couldn’t get a medium hot caramel swirl with almond milk and 5 sugars correct.

Just stopped here for lunch. Missing items and got the wrong order. Asked for an everything bagel and got a croissant. Didn’t get my hash browns either. Very disappointing. They also didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t even go back for a refund smh

I first want to say the the staff here are great. The morning manager however, really needs professional development training. Not only have I heard her demean staff while training them, she also scolds guests about what they can order. She also gives nasty looks while taking about the order and guest to other (young) staff members. Ordering a side of egg is, and has been an option at every Dunkin around. This seems to really get her blood boiling. The dirty looks are enough to rage my blood in a whole different way. She really gets so flustered she thinks it's ok to bad mouth me (right in front of me) to her staff. This is the 3rd time it's happened and I'll be moving it forward as I'm getting tired of her thinking she can be this way. Kudos to the nice young man who was the sweetest kid saying "it's ok you're fine." How she is lucky enough to have such a kind young staff is beyond me. She should watch them and learn.

Had to literally flag down the staff cus everyone was in the back hanging out having fun and there was a couple people waiting out front then they were using the register with no credit card reader but tried using it saying it hasn't been working... took me close to 15 minutes to get the coffee! Also I wanted a regular coffee and they gave me a bold flavored coffee...

Fresh ,fast service. Cashier couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She even helped me ring out a dog toy I saw in the window at the last min for my co pilot for the day

I usually just get a coffee in the morning, sometimes the donuts, but i have no issues with anything i recieve, i get everything quickly, the staff is friendly and the manager is very nice when dealing with a mistake. I recommend this dunkin over the ones in westfield.
Beautiful lobby. Nice place to relax and enjoy your coffee. Service isn't the quickest, but reliable.

Aie yooo this is my favorite DD. Bagels are amazing, properly proofed before baking which makes them sooo soft! Only DD around with cheddar bagels so I’ll go out my way for a breakfast sandwich. Morning crew M-F is phenomenal!! Great smiles with prompt service. The place is above average on cleanliness and I love the television above the fireplace to relax and slow life down a little as I enjoy my coffee. No Cap, i will travel a few towns to just go here. ???
