Burger was ok. Definitely have had way better. Burger didn't seem hot and fresh. Fries were not hot either. I will stick to the Enfield store for sure

They fired and had my niece arrested for spreading awareness about meat that was stored improperly and making people sick! She refused to sell it to people and told the customers! This manager needs has to be fired! This place need to be shut down!

We had Mike R as our server. HE WAS WONDERFUL! Can not say enough positive things about him. He was so polite, efficient and was funny. It was nice to talk to someone who seemed to love their job. He even was wonderful with a rude customer. This man deserves a raise.

Probably the best burger and fries you’ll find I Western Massachusetts. Every so often you’ll see an article on the “worst” burger. I recently saw one where that distinction was awarded to Five Guys. It doesn’t mean their burger and fries is not wonderful, because it is, it means it’s not the most healthy thing that you can eat but as you know, that’s not why you eat a burger and fries you eat it because it’s delicious. We need self-control and common sense to keep us healthy but once in a while, we can eat something that’s really good and immaculate cheeseburger, a piece of chocolate cake, a couple glasses of excellent red wine, etc. I probably only go to five guys two or three times a year, but when I do, I simply save the experience.
I think they know how much we enjoy it no matter what size fry you add to your order they will put that in a cup, and then on top of that they throw a generous portion of more fries in the bag. I think they know I’m there today to splurge and want to help me enjoy my experience. I am and they do. Enjoy, just don’t overdo it, especially if you’ve been around for a few decades like I have.

This five guys is always on top of the staff and the food. We typically order a head online so we don't have to wait when we arrive but they make the fries fresh which is appreciated!
Burgers are consistent and made to order every time.

We had to wait 5 minutes,not because there was a line,because the staff was busy dealing with either old oil or not hot enough oil,there was a fog encompassing the whole restaurant.Smelled like oil.When they finally acknowledged us,he was distracted by the cooking again.A bus of high school athletes arrived behind us and had to wait 15 minutes before they could even order.$23 for a cheeseburger meal.Won't be back.
