This worker is absolutely a star ! , Christina is one of the managers here as well as another sweet soul. Westfield location is the best! She is absolutely amazing with customers and children! Always has a great attitude and helpful with the menu. My and I daughter come in to freindlys at least twice a month and she is always a friendly face to see. Even my daughter loves seeing her

This Cafe experience is not your normal Friendly's trip. Order at the counter and go find a seat for your food to be brought to the table. We didn't get a menu, just ordered familiar sundaes from the board on the wall. I will say the 2 girls behind the counter were hustling to make all the sundaes, cones and shakes non stop the whole time we were there. We were on vacation and there are no longer any near us so this was a welcomed visit.

Very friendly from the second we walked in the door. The waitress was phenomenal, i don’t remember her name but she had reddish hair. Usually i try to stay away from Friendly’s after my last few visits, but today was a whole 360°. Only thing was the lobster roll was lacking flavor.

Incredibly unprofessional staff. Tried to let my elderly mother sit down and was snapped at by staff about where I would sit her, instead of just being polite. Than waited 15 minutes standing. Left due to unprofessional attitude and the someone claiming to be the highest friendlies manager of all stores came out yelling about people being rude. No one was rude till that point. Wont be back.

Everyone kept telling me how good Friendly's Cafe was so me and my youngest tried it.
I got the honey BBQ burger it looked delicious on the menu. When I received the burger it looked nothing like the one on the menu. The meat wasn't even cooked all the way even after asking for well done. It didn't taste like BBQ at all. I did not like this burger. The waffle fries were delicious.
My daughter ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks. They tasted okay but would have been better with ranch. She loved the apple sauce.
After dinner we decided to try the ice cream. My daughter had the reindeer chocolate ice cream and I ordered a peanut butter sundae but with dairy free raspberry sherbet. The ice cream was super delicious.
The service was great, no complaints.
The atmosphere was different from all the rest, it was modern and clean.
The best thing was the ice cream and I would go here again just for the ice cream.
