When Damon cooks the chicken it’s the best and Chelsey is the best manager kfc will ever have. Also Kim is the nicest sweetest employee to work there she’s so beautiful and the best ever!

We have found that if you go later in the day (after 6:30 pm) the food is not near as good. Earlier in the day (like today) the food was good, hot and fresh.

I ordered online, The girl who served with a bad character, I received my order and because of her character I decided to check it and I only have 4 pieces of chicken which are not the pieces I ordered, they had no salad, or fries she offered me only mashed potato. And to finish a small hair that if you see well the photo on the lid of the box you will be able to see it.

The WORST fast food I have ever received. The tender is insanely small, cold and poor quality. I can't believe i paid $14 for this. The chicken was so chewy i couldnt eat it...

Went to the location in westfield ma take out. Ordered 2 specials each of 2 pieces of chicken dark meat. Does this look like 4 pieces of chicken. Looks like strips of chicken. Not busy. Only one there. Shame on you

The staff is always pleasant but every time I stop there it's a 20 minute wait for original recipe. It's after 4pm.????? This is the 3rd time in a row.
This is an update, I went back this past Tuesday, ordered my usual original recipe and they quick and on spot 👌 Way to go Westfield! Keep it up!
