The staff is always pleasant but every time I stop there it's a 20 minute wait for original recipe. It's after 4pm.????? This is the 3rd time in a row.
This is an update, I went back this past Tuesday, ordered my usual original recipe and they quick and on spot 👌 Way to go Westfield! Keep it up!

Went in on a Tuesday. Asked for the best deal for a few pieces of chicken. The young lady said combo #3 or #8. $15 later, for 3 pieces of chicken, I walked out and saw the $10 8-piece bucket meal poster, Tuesdays only. SMH. That's a deal. My Pepsi was flat, Mac and cheese was cold and tasteless, Cole slaw was bland. Biscuit was good. Extra crispy chicken was good. Server was clueless. $10 Tuesday bucket deal. That's the way to go.

I always just get a sandwich or pot pie, and they’re always good. The employees are always the nicest I’ve ever seen at any fast food area. But, why were they all standing outside around their cars with the building and parking lot lights off at 8:30pm? I thought they were closed and nearly left. Management needs to get their team together.

Well I know these people was dirty I work for this company for a long time this company I work for them for a long time you were not so dirty like these people is these people have garbage all over the floor so when I bought the chicken it was so salty that it made no sense the reason I know the chicken is so salty is because they use old flour and when you use the old flour the sauce stay in the bottom of the flower they use salt pepper and milk in the flour and the condiment they use in the chicken when they make it so they should close this door I'm not the only one who complained it's a lot of people I will never buy there no more and if I go around I'm going to take pictures Incredibles how these people don't care they should put undercover cameras so they can find out what these people do

Absolutely disgusted by the recent food from here. We decided to splurge a bit and get something nice and different for the family, the food here was excellent when it first opened in westfield, but we just threw 75% of our food in the trash! Our three year old son couldn’t even bite through the rock hard boneless chicken in the kids meal. I could deal with my food being bad, but a kids meal? There’s no excuse for that. The fries felt like they had been made a half hour beforehand, the breading on the chicken was soggy and falling off. The restaurant was also completely empty, and this was several hours before closing time.I am so disappointed in this KFC, you couldn’t get me to eat there again if the food was FREE!Do not bother going to the KFC on East Main Street in Westfield Mass unless you want to fill up some empty space in a trash barrel.
Kid-friendliness: If you consider rock hard chicken bites to be kid friendly, they they are absolutely kid friendly.
