The service has gone down hill for the past few months. Over an hour wait for a salad and a burger, hot food coming out before cold food, forgetting to put in orders multiple times, watching tables come in eat and leave before our orders come out, 20+ minutes for drinks with 5 other table, problems running keno correctly. Used to go here multiple times a week now everytime is just frustrating. Have tried a few times over the past few months but to no avail. Love the food but the service is drastically lacking now.

Appetizer presentation is appropriate servings are well priced and everything is made from scratch definitely for a star especially for a grill pub/veterans bar in Westfield Massachusetts, out of my travels. This is a good spot. they have an outside area too definitely a good spot to just chill and relax or bring the family, or you just don’t know what you wanna do definitely great!!! 💯💪🏽
Ordered the Honey Thai bowl full of fresh veggies and your choice of protein. I chose shrimp and the dish was amazing! Cost was a bit high but the new normal of $16-$17 for this dish. The service was good and friendly and overall a very positive experience.

i just wanted to share a thought for wings! food amazingggg!!! i ordered golden bbq wings the other night and i just wanna day i think some more sauce should be added to the wings. it’s was a super thin layer of sauce but was good just needed more
