Was standing waiting to order for 15 min. I saw 7 or 8 people in the back speaking another language. I yelled Hello.they just stood there looking at me while one person was on their cell phone. I ended up leaving. No wonder the place was empty. Terrible service.

After a terrible experience at a different location I didn’t have high expectations. The wait time was reasonable and my items were made they way I asked. Hot fries are big deal these days and I appreciate this location giving me hot food after waiting in line. We all know how rare that is.

The guys at night are absolutely terrible, not only does he try to blame you when he’s the one who rung it wrong, they still give you the wrong food and get mad when you tell them! The guy with the star tattoo at night, he’s rude and lazy. I get it’s McDonalds but this is ridiculous attitude.

Have yet to go through the driveway and not be asked to pull in a parking spot and wait. Gave it one more shot, this time around ordered a single cheeseburger, comically, to see the results. still got asked to pull aside with no parking spots available due to others waiting. Mind boggling. Only this McDonald’s, like clock work.

Bathrooms are locked and not available to use unless you make a purchase. They have a sign that tells you that the staff will unlock it AFTER you have made a purchase... So as someone with a disability related to bathroom usage (which causes extreme pain and possibility for accidents), waiting in an exceptionally long line to buy Food that I would then need to bring INTO the BATHROOM with me or leave unattended on a table in the lobby. Unacceptable.
