Just tried ordering from this McDonald's on 299 main Street in Westfield and the two people taking my order were fooling around and you can hear the kissing over the speaker I wasn't being taken serious about my order taking so decided to leave and eat somewhere else

I went to McDonald's last night and there was only one person working there and apparently the food didn't come out the way that I wanted it to the chicken wasn't even done right like it wasn't in a sandwich the way that was supposed to be presented based off the picture of the french fries were not fresh they were cold and the guy look like that he didn't know what he was doing so I was really not happy with the way that the customer service was that night I think that you need to rehire more employees that know better and the fact that you should not be hiring people that have bad attitudes
Parking: The parking could be a little bit better because right now you have more people that are doing mobile parking for string in the parking and I think you need to eliminate that you just need to have like maybe one side where it's mobile parking and then another side which is not mobile parking which is just regular and handicap parking
Ordered quarter pounder with no onion. It came with no pickle, the burger was burnt and dry. When the young kid walking by heard me complain, offered to get me another burger. Came back with the same burger with 2 pickles in one corner and thumbprint in top bun all after hearing someone moan loud enough I heard it across the resteraunt. Will NOT ever return

This is the absolute worst McDonald's in the area, they have not accepted cash in over a month and they are out of stock multiple items every single day

I understand that a fast food Restaurant can get busy and hectic, But today service was unacceptable. I ordered my food and set it as a curbside pick up roughly 15 minutes before I arrived, I proceeded to wait 20 minutes In one of the parking spots. I honked a few times to make myself known that I was there in case they just weren’t paying attention. I decided I had enough and I went inside to discuss the matter with an employee. I Then waited almost another 20 minutes for my food to be handed to me. When I received my food, it was cold, but I had enough of waiting and was not gonna wait another 40 minutes for them to remake it. Having to wait nearly 40 minutes for what supposed to be “fast food” Is absolutely out of this world and ridiculous. The manager was extremely disrespectful yelling at the customers telling them they are not allowed to order anymore. She was swearing profusely, announcing she will lock all the doors and shut this place down. Making an entire scene. When I went back to the car after asking where my food is, a young woman came out to give me my food and was crying because of the disrespectful environment! I even witnessed customers ordering, having to wait and then LEAVING! How bad does a facility have to be for individuals to spend money then leave with no refund or food.I have been at this location many times before and almost every time there has been a long wait to get my food, even when it was not busy just like today. I have given this location multiple chances for quality service, and after reading the reviews on this location and my experience here, I will never be coming back here again and I hope this place is shut down!
