They did not diliver my food to me, still took my money and refused to give me a refund... also wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Now I have to do a charge back and go through the prosses and it's really annoying

I found my new "GO TO" place for Chinese food take out. The Panda House put my old favorite place to shame. Excellent food and lots of it.
I ordered food from here for delivery and an hour later when it still hadn't come I called and they said I didn't give them my address when I did. My food was sitting there the whole time and then they have the nerve to tell me they'll reheat it and I still have to pay full price. Not very happy with the service
