Best rueben in Western Mass. Great take out place for grinders and pasta, though there is one lady who works there that kept commenting on how much food I ordered and chose to consume. It made me really uncomfortable.
I eat there a lot, almost every other Thursday. This lady doesn't typically work the times that I go, but she was working tonight. If you have an ED or sensitivity, I suggest maybe just being aware.
To be clear this isnt typical of the staff, but just so damn weird I needed to share.

These guy's used to put lots of meat on the sandwiches now your just eating bread. These kids you have working there need to know how to make a sandwich. 1 slice of ham is a joke. I won't be returning to the Westfield one maybe ill try Agawam.

This is my 2nd time here the first time was ok I just ordered four sandwich’s , one of them was a chicken Philly the driest sandwich I’ve ever had I told them no peppers and they didn’t put onions there was no cheese on it another sandwich was the Philly and again I ordered no peppers and they didn’t put onions, and barley any cheese , the chicken cutlets the cheese wasn’t even melted overall I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Over the years I have had richards many times. I have tried many different things on the menu. They bring great service and quick food. Most of the time I am eating richards on my lunch break and I am just happy to eat something. The food doesn't stand out, in my opinion. Being in Western mass people are limited to great food options. The food is OK but VERY consistent and affordable.
