Over the years I have had richards many times. I have tried many different things on the menu. They bring great service and quick food. Most of the time I am eating richards on my lunch break and I am just happy to eat something. The food doesn't stand out, in my opinion. Being in Western mass people are limited to great food options. The food is OK but VERY consistent and affordable.
I had a large meatball grinder with peppers and provolone cheese and my wife had a large 16 inch Italian sub lettuce tomato mayonnaise. They make the best grinders this is our number one go to Grindr store. highly recommend it we went to the Richards deli in Westfield.
