Despite a promising menu, the food was bland and served lukewarm. The pricing did not reflect the quality at all. This felt like a place charging good prices without delivering good food. Very disappointing experience.

My wife and I arrived at the bar. After a few minutes the bartender came over, tossed some menus in front of us and kept walking without welcoming us or making eye contact. Usually other bartenders have been great in the past but this one seemed like he didn't want to be there. Not our problem! We got up and left. This will probably be the case moving forward if he's there when we decide to return!!

We stopped to grab a burger 1:00 afternoon. The wait staff was a bartender and 1 waitress for the whole place. Took the food order quickly. I asked if the French fries were soft inside and crispy outside. The waitress said, they are but I will make a note Got the food 45 minutes later. The temperature of the meat were both overcooked. The fries were barely crispy. My wrap was old, cold and stale. Waitress never noticed I didn't eat more than a couple bites of the wrap.

Service was excellent at every stage. Food was okay for a sports bar sort of place. It was pretty loud and had a ton of TVs that you had no hope of hearing, but if you don't mind that it was okay.

I’ve been to the Shortstop multiple times, but most recently held our high school class reunion there. The banquet room is cozy, great ambience well decorated it was very convenient to be able to go in and out of the banquet facility into the concert venue. The food and service was too notch! Monica made the planning seamless and effortless ! Vanessa our private room server was attentive and efficient! I give it a five stars on every aspect and have no regrets or anything I would change please consider having your next event there you won’t regret it
