I went this morning to get my self a treat before work and I ordered a banana matcha protein and when I got to the window I was waiting first to pay wile the girls was talking when I explained to her that the coffee she handed to me was wrong she closed the window and replace my order that was still wrong but I kept quiet because they where more busy arguing with another employee than giving good customer service. I know we all have our off days but you have to leave your issues out the door and concentrate on the job you are hired to do and not argue with other employees and take your headset off and walk away not professional at all.

I always use apps made order. Yesterday and 3/25 I was ordered same thing Lavender Oatmilk Latte which was hot. But they made cold twice. When I came to the store, I was standing there over 3 minutes and nobody responded me.by the way,I was the only customer at that time. And I walked down to cashier try to telling them I was ordered hot. She is like oh, ok and ask another stuff just redo without any apologies. That’s fine. And the stuff she has purple highlights hair made a hot for me and very rude pushing the drink to me, I was like did I do something wrong made you had that attitude to me? To be honest I never had this kind of experience in other Starbucks around the world.

Make sure you place your order at the drive thru properly or the baristas will talk negatively about you when you get to the window. I actively listened to the barista proceed to speak negatively about me when I got to the window over her headset to another coworker and then try to suck up to me when she realized I had heard her. If you don’t like customer service, don’t work in the field of customer service.

The place is fine. Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee nothing special. When I come in i get what i expect. What I have a problem with the gay pride flag that’s plastered on the wall.

Starbucks frappes are so good. I personally love vanilla bean. Service was quick and friendly. Wish they we're less expensive but you pay for quality food and drinks. Highly recommended
