Nice subway store, ✅️On this day. 3/18/2023I Was able to be served right away. ?EVERYTHING? was fully stocked, Bread was ?FRESH?, Veggies were on point ? ? Staff was pleasant to be served by... ? They even had ?Coke Zero? in their cooler. Hats off ? for that.I was able to buy some of their yummy ? chocolate ? chips cookies. ☺️I'd definitely return if I ever needed to.

Bread was burnt. Had to ask for extra cheese because they put a literal pinch of shredded cheese on a foot long...the veggies looked dried out. They were also very light handed when it came to the veggies. It was also a very dry sandwich even with two sauces on it. All the sodas were expired.

I went around 8 pm. A young gentleman who was very polite and professional took my order. First, manners were 10/10. Second, the listening and building of the masterpiece was out of this world. Now, as I eat this creation of perfection I am left in awe at the incredible textures and flavors. Next time I'm definitely going around the same time and will get the name of the young worker. The atmosphere was very good. From how bad customer service is almost everywhere after the pandemic, this food and service was greatly appreciated after a long day of work. I tipped the craftsman for his work. More young people in the work field with this code of work ethic is needed. Let alone adults with such work ethic. I would have put a picture but I completely destroyed that delicious work of art. Anyways, I'm not really that big on Subways. That changed today. Workers should understand, you can give someone such a pleasant experience that you can have them come back just to appreciate good service and work being done. Ok I'm going to eat these cookies I'm sure are going to be good as well.

When it costs 11 dollars for just a 6 inch sub I will no longer be going to subway because I can get way better food for the same price or cheaper....

Worst Subway in Westfield! They mess up every order, the staff are complete snots. They have no clue what they are doing especially with pick up orders.

Food was good, was made late but not a long wait. Chicken wasnt right in one of the subs and extra olives went into wrong sandwich.

Asked for light sauce sandwich was drenched and dripping. Chicken was incredibly chewy. Got bacon no bacon waste of money.

We ordered from this Subway by phone. A few minutes later I walked into the store and there was a young man leaning against the counter. I advised we had ordered over the phone. He seemed surprised. Apparently his supervisor had taken the order, but went into the restroom soon after. He found our order and began making it. His supervisor exited the rest room and told him she was leaving the store. The young man seemed confused and began asking me questions about our order. All the information he needed was on the written order taken by his supervisor which he had in front of him. He made a large tuna sub when we had ordered a small and attempted to charge us for a large. He neglected to toast the tuna sub (as we had asked) and he had to cut that sub down to size, unwrap it, and place it in the oven. He then asked what we wanted on the chicken grinder. As I had not placed the order I had no idea what was supposed to be on the sub. That sub was not for me. I explained what we wanted should have been written on the slip. Again WE HAD ORDERED IN ADVANCE. I attempted to call the person for whom the sub was for, but got no answer. As the young man had made multiple mistakes on the tuna sub, attempted to overcharge us initially and could not determine what was supposed to on the second sub (via the order slip), I told him to just forget the whole order and began to walk out. This young man began yelling, "I can't just forget it!" I told the young man I had ordered in advance and anticipated the order had been recorded, ingredients and all. He began to rant, "I been here all f--king day! I made over a hundred f--king sandwiches with no help!" Alarmed I continued to walk toward the exit saying nothing. He then began an ad hominem attack on me, remarking about my appearance and saying, "Go ahead and leave you f--k." I have NEVER, in over 50 years of ordering takeout experienced this kind of anger, profanity or personal attack from anyone in a customer service capacity. The young man made multiple mistakes, seemed completely confused. Frankly, I had lost all confidence in him to make the subs we had ordered and charge us accordingly. He was in WAY OVER HIS HEAD. His behavior was hostile and was witnessed by another customer standing beside me. What the young man should have done was apologized and allowed me to leave without being screamed at or insulted. I later called the store and asked to speak with a manager. A woman came on the phone, told me she was not a manager and there was not one in the store. She refused to give me the full name and contact number for the franchise owner. Beware of this restaurant.

Never had a bad sandwich/ mistake of any kind. They are quick and friendly, stores always clean. It's a good branch in a great location.
