Waited 5 min for someone to come out of back to help me, Worst subway grinder we all ever had ...no veggies..as you see in pic..BUT I GOT LETTUCE TOMATOES CUCUMBER ONIONS OLIVES AND BANANA PEPPERS!!! WHERE ARE THEY?? Talk about skimping out.. Forgot cheese on 3 of them...rang up order wrong 3x .....all the containers were empty ...rather drive into FH to get subway than come here again..$50 on grinders and everyone is still hungry!!! Very disappointed!!!! Waste of money!

Ordered an Italian cold cut, and received a bologna and cheese sandwich with the veggies I asked for I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager is hardly ever in the store. Asked for the manager to call back today but have not received that call. I will never go there again. If I could have given less than 1 I would have.

For a while this Subway was not doing great but hasn't recently they've hit their stride again every time I've come here recently it's all been good I mean I know Subway but all things considered everyone is doing a good job and they have cookies here finally so that's a bonus and they have spinach back another bonus can't really complain!

I use to go to this Subway at 21 Southwick Road (inside the Shell Station) until they stop taking Subway sandwich discount coupons. I contacted the national Subway office and they forward it to the local Subway at 21 Southwick Rd. Westfield, MA The manager emailed me 2 months ago and said, "YES" we are not accepting coupons anymore. He has lost my business after 10 years of buying from this particular Subway. I now go to the Subway at 24 Main Street Westfield, MA. They take Subway coupons and told me that a lot of customers are coming in their restaurant and saying the same bad thing about the Subway at 21 Southwick Road not taking coupons. It is franchised own and the owner has the right (I am told) to discontinue coupons. Well I and a lot of others have the right to not buy from him and instead go to a nicer Subway at 24 Main St. Westfield, MA.

Food was good however I think they should tell you avacodo is 1.50 for one scoop equalling 2 tsp if that... I could buy a whole avocado for 1.00

Grinders here are amazing. They actually look like the pictures you see. They make them with love. They dont skimp on anything. I had the southwest turkey bacon and it was by far the best grinder I've ever had. I've never had a bad grinder from this location.

Charged me $7.99 for the Turkey Bacon Guacamole Sandwich, menu board said it was $7.69. The girl would not give me my $0.30 back. She said I'd have to talk to the manager. The manager was not there.
