Got a relatively small grocery order for pick up here. I'm a senior citizen and handicapped and don't go in stores because of the virus. I have a box in my trunk to keep groceries from rolling around when I pick up orders. Always works well. The girl knocked on my window and told me I had to lift a 44 pound case of water and put it into my back seat! I told her I was handicapped and asked why they didn't put it into the trunk as there was plenty of room. She said there wasn't. I hurt my back lifting it (I should have just left without it) and when I got home I saw the box in my trunk was empty! They only put groceries in the area around the box! That was ridiculous. Worst case, they could have asked me to put the light empty box in my car. Every other time I've gotten orders people just load the box! I got injured. I've had spinal surgery and this was too heavy. I called the central number, they contacted the store, and the rep that answered was very sympathetic and said the manager would call me the next day and would make it right. Never got the call. This was ridiculous. I'll post a picture of my trunk so you can fully understand their incompetence.

Relatively clean, well maintained Wal Mart store. They had everything I was looking for, from hamburger for my cook out, to pool noodles for my pool. They have a fairly wide selection of items for the house, a grocery section, a home improvement section, entertainment section, and more.

Don't ever - EVER shop at Walmart. They sell defective items which they will not replace, after two days even with a receipt. Let me repeat: do not ever shop at a Walmart - any Walmart. I thought I already knew this. It was convenient two days ago. It will never ever again be convenient or worthy of customer. Certainly not this one.

The only redeeming factor this store had was being open 24/7. It's no longer open 24/7 so there's absolutely no reason for me to shop here anymore. Not worth whatever convenience this place supposedly has. I'd rather shop at 5 different specialty stores than go back here.

Yesterday was the third time I made a purchase from Walmart in Westfield that I was accosted at the door and asked for my receipt, it was a rainy day and I ran in quickly for 2 items. I have shopped there often and I consider myself a good customer. I believe in shopping locally however I was so upset when I came home that I went to Amazon ordered the same items that will be delivered to my house free, with a bonus that they were actually less expensive from Amazon. Tomorrow I will return the items, I don't need the aggravation from them and they obviously don't value my business. I did do research when I came home, hopefully it will help someone else in the same situation. You do not need to comply with the request to show your receipt, say no thank you and move on. I truly believe I was targeted by the older gentleman because I was "safe" an older woman who we both know paid for the items I had. I think it's a disgraceful practice and I felt I was profiled.

Went in with my daughter to buy her a sweatshirt and happened to pick up two PBR's, for my husband and I, from the recently added "adults beverage isle". When we went to check out the cashier asked my daughter for an ID. We explained that shes 15 and my daughter and the cashier continued to refuse to let me buy my two beers because i had my teenage daughter with me who couldn't provide an ID. Never coming back here and I'd advise you to do the same.

Stopped in to this Walmart today to do my annual off-seasons clearance tropical plant buy up. Every year I wait for the clearance to start so I can spend $50-75 and get a whole bunch of stuff. I had noticed they had put them all up on clearance the other day when I was in but I had to wait till payday to make the purchase. So I went in this morning, traveling 12 miles to get there and made my way to the home and garden section. The garage door to the section was up and the clearance tropical plants were within 5 feet of the door sitting right there. I picked up a couple things and a sales attendant came over to me and tell me that I had to leave because that area of the store was closed. I thought she was just joking and laughed and she said it again and I inquired what do you mean this is the Home and Garden and you have stuff all over the place for sale including these clearance plants how do you expect to sell them if they're not on a spot on the floor that is reachable by customers. She said she was just relaying info she had been told and I wasn't about to argue with someone who was just doing their job I never do so I told her I understood and that I had no problem with her telling me that but I also told her I was going to complain on the way out of the policy which seems ridiculous to me. On my way out I saw a yellow vest and inquired if that meant the woman was a supervisor and she said yes it did and I told her my issue. She really didn't know what was going on back there but I just expressed my problem to her and told her that I wouldn't be coming back to this Walmart again. I certainly can live without Walmart and so can you

I needed my prescriptions moved over from another store. I called to do so and it was still wasn't filled by the time I arrived. I didn't go to the store until five days after I called. The store really isn't that caring. And the prices are not that great. If you need to go here, just make sure you have plenty of time. Especially if you need a prescription. If I go in with the attitude, I am going to have to wait. It really makes my personality much better. I shop here because my prescriptions are here. Or to get a gift card, for those who like the store.

This Walmart was recently remodeled and expanded. It transformed from a tired old has-been to a very nice Walmart that we like very much.
