Went there last night. It was a horrible experience. It was my son‘s birthday party and he wanted to change tables. You think it was the end of the world for the restaurant to see us at a new table. When we got there, the tables were off-balance so we switched them around to make them level to eat on. It took forever to be waited on And the food came out lukewarm after sitting under the lights for a while. I called today to complain and the lady said they were still reeling from us like we were very bad to them. I gave the waitress a $50 tip on $170 order. The food was mediocre at best. The menu was limited when I called to complain. The manager says not to come back again. This says it all poor customer service and poor management will never go back again. also, also, our food was lukewarm when we got it. I asked for ice extra ice. She never brought it. We asked for gluten-free rolls. They never bought it. It took forever to get our meal and ordered. We did not verbally abuse. The staff we just asked a lot of questions about the menu. I think the staff should have some training on what is gluten-free or not because one person in the group had a severe gluten allergy I was never satisfied with the meal. I could’ve sent it back, but I kept it. They took $10 off the meal but not worth it. I’d like to see the manager respond as she told me when I called to complain don’t come back again. How do you treat people like this? I hope this review alerts everybody to the mediocre Service and the main manager telling me never to come back again said they were still reeling from what we did last night. We didn’t tip over tables and we weren’t drunk. We ordered no alcohol. We were a bunch of elderly people. I hope these people can do better next time, but it won’t be a next time for me. I think the problem started and my son asked for a new waitress. He just didn’t think she was capable of serving a large party of six and In is all right to choose who waits on us so this is.  There’s a reason the staff had an attitude towards us. But when I called to complain, the manager was totally out of line saying they’re still upset over us. We were very polite to the new waitress. We even gave her a piece of the birthday cake so how come be such bad customers? I’m very upset with the manager told me not to come back again. Think twice before and going here all I can say is ugh

Pesto chicken Alfredo excellent, light and tasty, home made dill dressing for salad excellent, fish and parm French fries excellent, bread very good. Service was excellent. Good selection of wine, 50 + seat bar accommodates many. The restaurant wasn’t loud even though it was full on date nite Friday. Good noise abatement when you can use a regular voice to talk to your date. Looks like nothing on the outside, inside classic New England…beautiful to people watch and enjoy the decor, Worth the trip from anywhere in the area.

We went there after my Mother's Funeral. The food was great, as always from the Salad to the Chocolate Lava Cake. When I left there around 4:00 the Grandchildren were in the bar playing Keno and drinking Beer. Ome of them played my Mother's birthday and won big!!!

Great place. Prime rib and salmon are excellent. Also had the lobster roll there and it was delicious. Only available during the summer.
Love their menu. It’s great that they have the Smart Portion which is still too much to eat at the restaurant. Love their Chicken Parmigiana never disappoints.

The food here was so delicious: fried Brussel sprouts and bourbon steak tips did not disappoint. The service was a little slow due to the dinner rush. No one offered to get us more beverages once we were out. Atmosphere was interesting. It’s a pub so kinda dark but also there were Xmas lights and snowflakes in June so it was a pretty eclectic atmosphere.

My husband and I had a very disappointing experience during our recent visit. Our server was incredibly rude to both of us from the start. She seemed irritated when we asked simple questions about the menu and barely made eye contact throughout the meal. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that we could clearly hear her speaking negatively about her co-workers just a few feet away from our table. It created a really unpleasant and unprofessional atmosphere. We came hoping for a relaxing evening out, but instead left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Definitely not the level of service we expected or deserved. The food overall was very tasty, and we will be ordering from here again.
