My husband and I had a very disappointing experience during our recent visit. Our server was incredibly rude to both of us from the start. She seemed irritated when we asked simple questions about the menu and barely made eye contact throughout the meal. We live in Eastern MA but found ourselves in Westfield for state track championships. We visited Westwood restaurant after watching our son compete in a pentathlon. The menu accommodated a variety of dietary needs – vegetarian, gluten free etc. But the real star of the evening was our waitress Barb.
