Wicked long line and the poor girl is by herself doing everything, taking orders, making drinks, making food, etc. I didn't stay because I didn't want to wait that long but also so this poor girl wasn't so overwhelmed! She was killing it though! Keep it up love!
Thia place has gotten so much better over the last couple months, And the girl who works there in the afternoons that also used to work at the gulf dunks in North Chelmsford is the best! She literally remembered my order from the other store and is just always on top of it.

The store is understaffed, and service is super slow. I waited 10 minutes for a black coffee and wrap.The food was hot and delicious, the coffee was fresh, and the service poor.Perhaps ordering ahead on the app would make a difference.As an aside, this is not my first experience with poor service at the store, and it has a reputation for being slow.
