It's become the worst Dunkin anywhere, easily. They take forever even when it's empty, and when they eventually make a drink, it's wrong. If they were nice about it, it'd be fine, but they're not. We went up to the counter to tell them they forgot a couple of things from our order, and the guy I guess got mad that we wanted everything we had paid for and said we don't have to come back there again. So we won't!

Would rate zero stars if I could. Every time I place a mobile order they seem to be closed but take my money. I went there last night to find no employees in the building however the lights were on and the doors were unlocked?? I understand the world is short staffed however can you lock your doors and shut your mobile order off???

The service is extremely slow. I went to this location at 5am. There was one lady working both the register and food. She messed up my entire order and exhibited a bad attitude like she was being bothered. Other customers ended up leaving due to the long wait time. I don’t fault the Dunkin employee. Dunkin Donuts as an organization needs to improve upon their staffing. There should be a minimum of two people working at all times. Teams comprise of more than one person. The Dunkin employee should not have been there to manage the register and food alone. Dunkin, provide additional staffing at your locations at fair wages to prevent turnover of your employees.

11/11/23, 2:30 p.m.:Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with three employees standing right there, avoiding eye contact—one of whom was repeatedly wiping their nose on their hand.We walked out.Not the first time this has happened in the past few months at this location.Attention Franchise Owner:Check the security-camera footage—and be astounded:Your employees have quietly quit and have stopped caring.

The store is understaffed, and service is super slow. I waited 10 minutes for a black coffee and wrap.The food was hot and delicious, the coffee was fresh, and the service poor.Perhaps ordering ahead on the app would make a difference.As an aside, this is not my first experience with poor service at the store, and it has a reputation for being slow.

Wicked long line and the poor girl is by herself doing everything, taking orders, making drinks, making food, etc. I didn't stay because I didn't want to wait that long but also so this poor girl wasn't so overwhelmed! She was killing it though! Keep it up love!

This used to be my go to spot but they have gone horribly downhill. We walked in today after making an online order to find that the store was open but the lights were off and donuts weren’t out on the racks and nobody was answering. I have had the employees hid in the back room when there are issues they don’t want to deal with at this location. Also pretty annoying that the system took my money no problem when the store was clearly not ready to do business. I won’t be going back to this location.

Dirtiest Dunkin' I have ever been in. Yech. Counters, floors--all looked like they had not been cleaned or vacuumed in years. Overflowing trash both inside and outside the store. Slow service, unsanitary conditions. Yech.
