I pass Hubba’s every time I go to the grocery store (weekly) and never stopped until today. WOW! What I have been missing. It was the best brisket I have had in a long time; maybe the best I have ever had. Very flavorful; very tender; very lean; very moist.

Quintessential family-run no frills BBQ, we tried everything and didn't disappoint. Meat was tender and moist with just the right level of smokiness. We loved the beans which were slightly sweet and the original bbq sauce which had a distinctive peppery taste. Get there early to avoid the line, 10+ people at noon.
