Incredible experience here! I was very hungry after a long day and it was a half hour before the kitchen closing time. I called ahead and they assured me If I arrived before 8 pm I could order and eat without being rushed. That's what happened. Parked my car in the large free lot. Noted the cozy ambiance. Ordered the New England clam chowder classic and the pan-seared scallops. Very tasty meal. Staff was friendly and attentive. Restroom was very clean. I will return when in the area!Side note: classic clam chowder is very rich. A lighter version as well on the menu would be appreciated.

Received a burnt appetizer followed by over salted mashed potatoes. Notified server about the potatoes and was informed others have been complaining also. Why are they still serving them after several complaints. This use to be a go to place but has been going downhill.

Our first time here,I placed a pick up order, went smooth.Very friendly staffAmazing decoration and atmosphereThe food on the other hand fell short.Mash potatoes has way to much pepperThe calamari and peppers are in a batter and fried, which is deceiving because the plater is not full of calamari. Plus it was way over cooked.The steak tips sauce was very saltythe pannini was delicious!! This would have been amazing if they wrapped it in a sandwich wrap instead of placing it in container with steam made the Bread sogy. It was still delicious.I added photosWe will try them again,this time we will eat in house.?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, easy to get in and out.

Went here for dinner after work. This place is honestly such a chill, nice vibe place. I have to say they have on of the best espresso martinis Ive had in a while it was soo good. Food was flavorful, drinks were delicious and staff was very helpful and patient. I imagine coming here in the Summer would be sooo nice with outdoor seating. They have a free parking lot.Parking: They have their own free parking lot.

I love this restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and the service is excellent. I had the clam chowder and the avocado burger and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone! They also do event venues with fantastic catering options. General manager Alexis is super informative and very helpful.

We had a reservation for four in the tavern last Friday night. We were seated promptly and greeted quickly by out server. The guys had soft drinks, we ladies ordered adult beverages that were excellent. For appetizers we tried the pretzel cheese board which was a big soft fresh pretzel with beer cheese and included other meats cheeses. We enjoyed this so much we plan on getting it again next time. The scallops wrapped in bacon were delicious and we'd recommend them as well. For dinner, three of us orderd prime rib with mashed potatoes, and asparagus that was cooked perfectly, the other had the salmon, which she enjoyed very much saying it was seasoned and cooked wonderfully. We split two desserts, one was a chocolate peanut butter pie special and the creme brulee. The creme brulee was just ok, it had very little flavor but other than that, our experience was great and our server was one of the best we've had anywherein a long time. Cheers to her! (We wish we coud remember her name) We left shortly after the live music started as we were seated next to him and it was quite loud. I'd definitely recommend the tavern for a cozy dinner with friends.
