It was alright, it's a very small place so it gets crowded fast. There food was good. Service wasn't all to great. I felt as if our waitress was a little rude and had a little attitude. She didn't check up on us at all during our meal. I liked how chef jeff came out to mingle with the customers when he wasn't busy. I appreciated that.. but for a first time there, I don't know that I would go back.
I went to Chef Jeff's for the first time and it was a great place. My friend had the turkey dinner and I had the fish and chips. Both plates were large servings. Service was quick and friendly. The place has a friendly atmosphere as most customers seemed to be regulars, like the Cheers of Diners. I want to go back and grab a breakfast there.
I ordered the Portuguese omelet and my wife ordered the Apple cinnamon pancakes and we shared a slice of grilled sweet bread. The staff is more like family then workers. I try a Lot of different things on the menus and haven't had anything I didn't love.Also amazing fish and chips
