I felt like the room was outdated. I ordered a well done hamburger and received medium rare. I didn't say anything because we were short on time due to a show we were attending. Our waitress had her hands full. She hardly came by our table. We had to ask someone else for our check. The food was just okay.
No 0-star option? Good news: we were able to make a last-min res, & were seated upon arrival (right after some sh_t bag stole the parking spot we politely waited for). Diners who were smart enough to peruse reviews before they set out upon the open seas know where this is headed. The 1st red buoy flag should have smacked me in the head when @ 5:25 we were able to book a table for 2 @ 6 on a Sat. My husband & I started (10 mins into sitting & waiting for anyone other than the 8 other diners in the vast “Galley-themed” room to pass by) w/premium c'tails. Short low-balls of 0.4 oz of booze, @ best. $10ea. (Note: do not order a mixed drink here. Even if you're foolish enough to walk this gangplank.) My husband did enjoy the soup. My salad was fair, despite the 1 hour away from wilting mixed greens. His turkey sand supreme was anything but, despite the homemade from powder gravy. My 16oz rib-eye, ordered MR was blue. (Well, blue on one side, rare on the other; weird given the cut of, um, meat? was thin for 16oz.) After an assist from the busser, the waitress lassoed my entrée & corralled it back to the kitchen. The second time it was MR on 1 side but still blue on the other. While there was a relatively timely check-in this time, I didn't have the heart or stomach for another roundtrip. Through no fault of the waitress, this was the worst cut of meat I've ever had. Even the center I brought home couldn't be salvaged. Speaking of salvage...interesting and ironic nautical theme. With the rainy weather & intermittent portholes, the incessantly flashing recessed lights made us feel as though we were going down with the ship & about to be electrocuted. When the crew looks as though they know how bad the food is, believe them. Go with your gut before you test it. Some folks (Lafrance hospitality) just ought not be in the restaurant business. I'd have rather stayed home with a No. 2 pencil stuck in my eye.
I ordered for delivery and didn't receive my fries, drink, or any sauces that were supposed to come with my order AND there was NO mozzarella in 2 of the 6 mozzarella sticks in my order. I paid 65$ for a burger, some wings, 4 mozzarella sticks, and cold onion rings. The wings were a saving grace, they were good and spicy but not worth 2$ per wing.
Our waitress, Jill, was great. The Bloody Mary was delicious. We made the mistake of chatting too much before placing our order. When our meals came mine was lukewarm and my friend's was cold. They nuked mine (which I was fine with me) and replaced her order. I've been going to, or ordering take out from Galley Grille/White's for the past 9 years. I still enjoy their meals. Next time we'll order first and then chat.
Food was delicious. Service was ok. We sat at the bar. Took 15 mins for someone to acknowledge us. But once we ordered, the experience improved tremendously. Again, food was excellent.
1st time diners at the Galley. Sat in booth and waitress came right over for drink order. Entrees of Bourbon Steak tips and Roast Turkey dinner were excellent!! Mounds of fresh Turkey to much to eat and the Steak Tips were plentiful and cooked to perfection!! Live music was great but tastefully done so you could carry on a conversation easily. We'll definitely be back!!
I made my reservation through Open Table, but upon arriving at the restaurant-the restaurant had no reservation for me, or a couple of other people either. Luckily, all parties were able to be seated. Service was outstanding, and the food was good. I would definitely go back, but I would order a different entree next time for sure.
Service was great ordered the French Onion soup as an app it tasted great. Ordered the Portuguese steak as an entree was good my wife ordered the ribeye it was equally good. There was entertainment consisted of two singers they were good. Main dining area was cramped with tables booths were spacious . Overall happy with experience first time diners.

I ordered from this place today on Door Dash but unfortunately had to wait over an hour for my food due to the delivery driver not showing up. I let Charlie's know about my issue and explained that it was Door Dash's fault and not theirs, and Charlie's responded with kindness and sympathy, doing everything they could to help me out.I got Garlic Parm wings with Fries and Mozzarella Sticks, everything was excellent. The Garlic Parm wings tasted amazing when I dipped them in the Boom Boom sauce they gave me. I also ordered the Fried Oreos with Butterscotch sauce, and not only were they the best fried oreos I've ever had but they also gave me extra oreos as compensation for Door Dash's screw up.A good place ran by even better people, I wish I could give 6 stars.

Very good chicken, and stuffies would definitley order again. They also paid attention to the request I added thats a huge plus. Best of blessings to you being a new business in 2020 is not easy . Keep making delish food :)
The burger was cooked perfect(I like medium rare) and the fries were delicious. All the ingredients tasted fresh. Not sure on all the negative reviews, I literally had the opposite experience. Keep up the good work! Only complaint would be on including Ketchup and Mustard in the to go orders. Not sure if that was my driver on doordash so I'm not putting that in the negative side.
Ordered through doordash the chicken sandwich and fried Oreos and honestly thought it was all delicious! They go a little farther than most as well with a little foam glider toy in the bag that was was unexpected but cool to set them apart from other eateries!
Ordered through Doordash yesterday afternoon. At first I thought it was great that I was able to order my burger as "medium." That was until I received a heavily charred burger that tasted burnt. You know why people don't like burnt food, because burnt taste burnt. I can understand not getting a temperature perfect but, come on, the burger was clearly burnt. I'm not talking grill marks here. How anyone let this burger out of the kitchen is beyond me. There was also very little blue cheese crumble. The other food ordered was cooked fine but the boneless wings were tiny chicken strips with over powering sauce. The fried oreo cookies were OK but rather dry with bulky batter.
Prices change when you add to cart. But ordered anyway. Sandwich was soggy and missing items.
