I’m normally not compelled to leave reviews for the Dunkins that I visit. As a frequent customer of this chain my visits are rarely memorable … that was until I was served by Heather. Heather’s energy and positivity light up the lobby. She masterfully orchestrates the experience by cheerfully taking orders, curating alternatives for items that may be sold out, and making sure each customer is satisfied. I’d compare her impact to that of a great point guard running the offense or a coxswain confidently leading their crew to row in perfect harmony.
I would also like the acknowledge the rest of the staff at this location as well who were all incredibly pleasant.
I think this is a good reminder that a great customer experience doesn’t need to be found in a five star restaurant, it comes down to the effort that individuals bring to the establishment.

Worst experience at Duncan ever sat in line before ordering for a half hour got to the fox waited. Five minutes before somebody got back to me decided to leave over aggravation of a 40 minute wait worst service ever.

If I could give it a zero I definitely would, The older lady that works there with the raspy voice needs to get another job or just retire!! She's rude, Has Zero Customer service, Not welcoming at all, she makes shopping there unpleasant...it's the only Dunkin donuts near my home🤦

The girl here around 3 o’clock today 325-ish took too long to even acknowledge the fact that I was waiting at the drive-through just so that she could flirt with the guy in the jeep in front of me and tell him that she made everything fresh just for him because he’s single. This is Dunkin not tinder

For a while I would come here and people were friendly. Today I felt like the girl was purposely calling me girls names or weird names even though I said my name 4 times. Then it’s like she barely moved her hand out of the drive way window to give me my coffee. Just weird to me like instead of playing name roulette you can easily look to see who’s name who’s a male is under your mobile order.
