I’m normally not compelled to leave reviews for the Dunkins that I visit. As a frequent customer of this chain my visits are rarely memorable … that was until I was served by Heather. Heather’s energy and positivity light up the lobby. She masterfully orchestrates the experience by cheerfully taking orders, curating alternatives for items that may be sold out, and making sure each customer is satisfied. I’d compare her impact to that of a great point guard running the...
