We truly cannot speak highly enough of Smoke & Pickles!

Our guests are still talking about "the best wedding food they've ever had" 3 months later, and we can't argue with them.

Beyond creating an incredibly bespoke and personal menu for us (with plenty of GF and veggie options!) Sally was instrumental to the process. She helped us book all of our rentals (tent, flatware, plates, tables, etc) and she was always there for advice and to offer suggestions based on her experience. She met with us at PEAK to pick out our tableware, she gave us great suggestions for anything else we needed to rent, coordinated all the setup both on Friday and our actual wedding day, and was so prompt in her replies via email or phone. We could not have pulled it off without her expertise!

We would have ended up spending a lot more money overall if we didn't have her guidance.

And of course the food was amazing. I loved the fact that it was all local and in-season! Sustainability was very important when picking our vendors, so I appreciated the attention to detail, the composting, and support of local farmers and growers. Plus we got to take home the leftovers! Win/win/win.

Lastly, the whole team truly cares about the process. They don't just throw food in pans on the table, but craft such gorgeous tablescapes that look like they fit in perfectly with the rest of the event. Handmade pottery, flowers, cutting boards...its beautiful to look at, AND to eat!

We had a 125 person wedding at the Botanical Gardens in Providence and aside from the venue, everyone couldn't stop talking about the food. The quality and price were unmatched and fully aligned with our vision and values around sustainability as well. Looking at their website photos, you already know you're going to be getting top tier but what you don't realize is how incredible helpful Sally and her team are throughout all of the planning.

We did not have a wedding planner and you don't need one with this group. Not to mention, we were planning everything with a 3 hour time difference.

The whole experience lived and breathed from their thoughtful guidance, setup and design (of course the food too). They hustled in 90 degree heat and helped us plan everything from layout, to decor and managed all of the vendors.

We cannot say enough good things about Sally and her team and I think it's pretty special when you build such a nice relationship with vendors, you try to make plans to hang out after the wedding ;)

Truly a dream come for us and anyone would be lucky to plan with them!

Smoke and Pickles was the absolute best choice for my daughter 's wedding! Sally was so helpful throughout the planning process and the food was unique and delicious! Jamie set up flowers and was there to help with the little details which was extremely helpful! The entire staff working the event was knowledgeable and pleasant and willing to do what it takes to make things run smoothly.

Attended a friends wedding in their backyard this past Saturday. Smoke and Pickles absolutely killed it. Very professional staff with food and service being excellent ?

I have nothing but great things to say about Sally, Marc and their entire team. We had our wedding this weekend and they did a amazing job the food was great its hard for me to put into words. I would recommend them for anyone that is looking to have an event catered this is the place. I wish I could give them a higher rating than 5 stars because they deserve it. I attended a family wedding on 7/17/21. As a person who suffers with an allergy to any kind of peppers, at events I usually end up eating bread and butter because I’m never sure what is in the food. At this wedding I approached the staff about allergies and they got the chef for me. He took about 10 min out of his cooking time to go over all the offerings and what I should avoid. Later when I was in line he knew me and reminded me not to take asparagus as it was grilled on the same grill as peppers. Then he presented me with steak that he cooked just for me without the condiments I can’t eat! This was the first event I’ve been to where I felt safe eating! All the food was tasty and properly cooked. The vegetables were fresh and oh so good. I’d rank this caterer 10 out of 10!

I was a guest at a wedding last night catered by these guys, and I couldn't believe how good the food was! Everything made by them, smokers going, pickles made out of things I didn't know people made pickles out of, and absolutely delicious -- I had to knock off eating the hors d'oeuvres in order to save some room for the supper, but I could happily have eaten my fill just on them. Local cheeses; a beautiful wood-fire roasted locally caught striped bass with a chimichurri-like sauce; fall-apart smoked brisket with a black and red Kansas City sauce; the greens with vinaigrette were even good enough on their own to make you slow down and pay attention while you were eating them. And the desserts were excellent too. If you want smart, earthy, and somewhat out-of-the-ordinary food for an event that you won't easily forget about afterward, I would hire this company. As you can tell, I was shocked at how good it was!

it was the best brisket and pulled-pork that I've ever had. the true flavors of the meat were completely different and yet at the same time completely delicious.the catering service was so professional they came with all the equipment that was needed included nice gold plastic silverware and heavy-duty plates that made the experience extremely gratifying. the sides were great as well, the greens which you would think is a normal salad was not, it was delicious and surprising due 2 the spices. the turnips blewmy mind that's correct turnips blew my mind. i cannot recommend this place enough it blew me away the Food Service everything top notch

I was the photographer at a wedding catered by Smoke & Pickles, this past weekend at Colt State Park in Bristol, RI. I must say, out of the 13 weddings I shot this year, S&P hands down was the BEST food out of all the venues/caterers. Absolutely delicious and super pleasant staff. I would recommend their services and food for any occasion!

Smoke and Pickles was absolutely amazing, and I cannot thank Sally enough! She is incredible to work with, and she coordinated and planned everything I needed! She is so sweet, and truly went above and beyond to help communicate with vendors, and arrange for anything additional I needed for my wedding. Sally completely set up, making everything look so beautiful, and also cleaned up and packed up for me at the end of the night.

Amazing food last night at a wedding I photographed. I see so many catering companies in my business and this absolutely stood out. The most unique and delicious food I’ve been served at a wedding.
