Got to work with Lauren on a recent shoot for Westport Community Television and really enjoyed learning about her and her business. Highly recommend to anyone considering a cake for a wedding or any event!

Wingate’s Cake Design made our wedding day absolutely magical and delicious! My husband and I were blown away by her creativity, kindness, and professionalism from start to finish. She was incredibly accommodating, listening closely to our vision while adding her artistic touch that made our cake truly one of a kind. In my contract I was sapposed to get a a cake with three real triers and one fake what I got for the same price was two fake tires and two real the flowers where in the wrong place and there was no cake topper that we bought would no order a wedding cake from there

I was more than satisfied and grateful for the cake Lauren made on our wedding day. First of all we had the hardest time deciding on a flavor/frosting bc they were all so delicious. We chose a 3 tier cake with 2 flavors, one was rosé all day, and the other was vanilla bean cake with creme Brule filling. The cake went so fast, everyone raved about it. She also garnished it with fresh flowers from our florist Red Velvet florist. I didn't take many pictures and didn't get my pictures from photographer yet, I only have the photos that other people took. But I would highly recommend her for a wedding cake or even a holiday cake or French macarons. I've tried it all! Everything Lauren makes is delightful:)
