Don’t order from here after 6 pm…have been here multiple times and they consistently run out of chips, guacamole, and queso. Today I ordered a steak bowl for pickup and discovered I only got half the ingredients when I got home. The least they could do is let you know if they’re out of ingredients…A few weeks ago I waited over 45 minutes in store for 2 burritos. Completely unacceptable for a “fast food” establishment.Management does not care or support their staff. Stay away from this franchise and go elsewhere if you want a correct, decent, and timely meal.

The place is seriously understaffed and they do have notice to that effect. Not just the food service was slow, the options were limited too.
You ever have a roommate who didn’t clean up after themselves? This location is what you’d get if that roommate become a Chipotle manager. Bathroom soap dispenser was empty, toilet paper rolls were empty (rolls were placed on top of the toilet instead), there was no ice in the soda machine, and there was a noticeable amount of flies in the dining area. The crazy part is that I arrived right when they opened, so it’s not like these things happened over the course of a hectic day.

Showed up here after doing some errands, only to find out that they only do online orders, even though the dining area was full inside. The associate met us at the door and said we had order from outside, so I asked If we did could we eat inside and he said “yes, sure”. But we can’t order from inside, I asked why and he said “we’re only doing online orders, but we can eat inside if there was a spot available”. I told him that we were all set, we’ll go elsewhere. I want to know why they don’t want to let you see them make your food when you order it. We won’t be coming back to this location.

Pulled off the highway because we really wanted Chipotle. Get to the store and they have signs that they are only doing online orders and no walk ins.What’s the point of having a store in a busy shopping plaza if people can’t just come buy food? Went somewhere else.
