I was shopping in the Westwood area and decided to order ahead using the app. If I had known how this location looked like, I would have never ordered food here. If the dining area looks this bad, I can only imagine how terrible the kitchen and back rooms look like. It makes me wonder about health, safety, cleanliness, mice, and everything else. Ordered ahead and it was a 40 minute wait
Very odd experience. First time at this chipotle. I’ve never waited to pay for my food after they assemble the food. They put all our food together then had everyone in line wait for 8min before they let us pay. And the chicken tasted weird too. And they didn’t have any of the juices made. The rice was hard.
