They turned the old Starbucks location into something to cute and girly I love it. “I called 24 hours before I need 20 balloons and they did it and the balloons lasted almost 48 hours. I would buy at like star market and they deflate in hours. These ones I just popped because I ave another bday. But today 9-30.25 makes 4 days I had them. They was ok. So this is my new balloon baby laces it’s very pricey. Like 13 dollars more than most places but they last longer. So it’s worth it. Thanks!! My 11 year old loved all the balloons and the numbers are still up and look like I just bought them. “In reference to Ben and Gerry’s, located at the Prudential Center,, Boston, MA, a young employee named Maggie went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I took my children and grandson for ice cream on Thursday, July 17, in the afternoon.
Aside from Maggie’s professionalism and beautiful courtesy in serving us (often a rare combination in the service industry) I watched her deal with an incredibly rude customer with such graciousness and self control. The customer was completely out of line and I was so impressed with how Maggie de-escalated the situation and kept her professional composure, especially for such a young woman.
