There was a miscommunication about the bakery's hours, and I genuinely thought we were going to be without our Easter order. But Emily, the manager, and her father John, the owner, did something I truly didn't expect — they made it work anyway. They went out of their way to make sure we still got everything we needed, and on Easter Sunday of all days.

We've been ordering Fratelli's cakes for my children's birthdays for 4 years now and they always make it amazing!! We've done everything from Blues Clues, to Minnie Mouse, to Superkitties and everytime I'm shocked at how amazing they turn out. This year was my daughter's 4th bday and the look on her face when she saw her Minnie Mouse cake was absolutely worth its weight in gold. Thank you so much!
The checkerboard cake is the best. Friendly service and very responsive to emails.
