We had such a wonderful experience with Montilio's. During the planning process, we were having a difficult time getting responses from vendors due to being out of town, but they stood out immediately by being responsive, timely, and easy to communicate with.
They not only answered quickly, but also took the time to understand our vision and executed a unique cake design that felt personal to us. The final result was beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for.

I am so impressed with the service I encountered at your Brockton location last week!!
I went in to pick up a cake and get a few pastries. There were two other customers in the store already ordering custom cakes. Another gentleman walked in to get pastry.
Sariyah never wavered from her absolutely outstanding customer service! She was calm and gracious. She moved in between customers, answering questions and never stopped smiling.
