Mariah is very kind and hardworking. I went there today with my younger sister after school and we got a coffee, bagel, and slush! Really great prices and even better coffee! I ordered the Ben-ana. It is great seeing a local business flourish. Excellent customer service and we will be back again. Thank you!!!

Staff was very nice and cafe is cute and clean. Pastries are very good, need to come back to try the others. The Irish creme cappuccino was very good and so was the ice cream ( cotton candy and cookies+creme)

Nice looking place nice selection of bread, bagels pastry. Good coffee, and the space is pretty fun in decor, light, and spacious... not too crowded when I was there but school vacation

Went in there for a latte, they were out of espresso. Watched a girl cough on her hands and then touch all the food. Despite that, my breakfast burrito was good for the price, the place is cute, and the wait wasn't too bad (about 10).

I was at the Cafe on Friday 12/29 at 9:30 am (New Year's Weekend). There was only one gal behind the counter. After receiving my order, I sat for an hour or so with my friend to eat and drink. There could have been over 30 customers steadily coming in during that time. The one gal working at the Cafe was calm, patient, efficient, and moved the customers along very quickly. She is a GEM!!!! I've been in the food service business for years, and I've never seen a worker as PERFECT as she was. She should be training all the employees how to keep their cool!J.Foley - Weymouth

Great coffee. Tried hand pies/pop tarts a few times delicious but not enough filling. Couldn’t even taste the filling.

I want to like this place but the last few visits were lackluster. The most recent visit had great customer service by the lone employee, but the iced coffee was terrible, and food choices were slim at 3pm. The time before that, the young man behind the counter completely ignored me after taking another order from someone in front of me, as he was busy flirting with another employee. The coffee was so-so. Just a big miss here.

Best avocado toast in the area. Service was friendly , but could be a littleFaster. We will be back the next time we visit.

Located in a sun-drenched storefront along Broad Avenue, Merry Café offers a huge selection of scrumptious-looking baked goods, plus coffee drinks, bagel and breakfast sandwiches, ice cream scoops, and even acai bowls. When I stopped by recently, it was hard to stick to just one choice, but the "everything but the bagel biscuit" looked like a good compromise between a breakfast bagel and a biscuit sandwich. What's more, it was solid enough on its own, without any toppings or fillings. It had an ever-so-slight crisp on the outside, "everything bagel" seasoning, and a nice, soft, fluffy biscuit feel inside without collapsing into infinite crumbs. A yummy start to the day when paired with an americano. Service at the counter was friendly and explanatory. The venue itself was bright, modern, and inviting, with plenty of in-house lighting to complement the natural light coming in, plus about 4-5 tables for 4 each to spread out. An excellent addition to the South Shore's café options!
