Dropped in looking for Irish music bc it was the Saturday of St. Paddy's weekend.... and were surprised that it was a karaoke night. With nobody singing any Irish songs. And only about 2 people who could carry a tune. But that's ok. Who am I to judge and I didn't have the guts to get up there, so there's that. Anyway-The place is tiny (in a good way) and clearly everybody in there are regulars and friends with each other, you just picked up on that vibe. I am not sure what whiskey they put with my ginger ale but it definitely wasn't Jamo like I asked. Drank it anyway, it did the trick! Loved the ambiance & decorations and authentic Irish items (including a Kerry flag) and funny sayings all over the walls. Very interesting to look at from any angle!We will likely be back when we return to the area.

Cool Pub with Bah Pizza Red Rose is a legendary spot in Springfield for a reason. 50+ years. This place looks like an old school Italian place so I had my expectations up high and it did not disappoint. The bread was fantastic and the salad and salad dressing was delicious. I also had the chicken parm sandwich and it was a huge portion and very tasty. The key to food is consistency. All these years its been done least 98 percent. That very good. No one gets it 100 percent. But Red Rose is the best of the best hands down. Tip: You have to understand the pizza sizes. Small is a medium, Medium is an extra large, a large is two medium pizzas together, and the extra large can feed 6-8 people. Remember this when you order. We ordered a large and took 75% of the pizza home. It was humongous. The Rose is one of if not the best spot in Springfield, the bar area is great. Love the RR! Thanks

My boyfriend and I absolutely love the Red Rose! The staff, especially Jared, is wonderful and personable! It has a cozy and warm ambiance, and we always find a seat at the bar. I've come here countless times and always have an amazing time! Best bar in Weymouth!!!!

This place is great, unassuming and inviting. I ordered the curry chicken upon their suggestion, did not disappoint! 10/10 stars. Will definitely coming back to try other dishes.

They serve food only after 2 pm. We ordered onion rings, pizza and chicken soup. All were excellent. Pizza was thin and crisp and tasted great. Service was excellent and friendly.

We stopped for lunch prior to a family event. They handled all 12 of us without a problem even though there was only 1 bartender. The bartender was so friendly & comical. He even located a few t-shirts for us. Awesome experience and I would highly recommend visiting this place!
An absolute gem. Stopped here on our way home from a winter walk on the beach. The atmosphere was delightful as it was decorated for the holidays. A perfect pour on my Guinness by Johnny, our server, and the pizza was terrific. I wish we lived closer as this would become our go to place regularly. We'll be back for sure!

Hands down the rudest place I've ever been. I walk in the door I'm n immediately I'm told to leave it that I can't come in I asked the person why he responds because I've never seen you before I'm 38 years old ex-military do not have a single drink at that point 100% sober I will never ever step foot in the bar.

Went for the first time last night. Really reminded me of the Pubs I frequented while in Ireland. (Served a proper pour of Guinness, not usual for most bars in the area. ). Service was friendly and fast.
Food is good, well cooked, and very reasonably priced. We were there on a Wednesday for Open Mic Night and very much enjoyed the music. Live music of one kind or another every evening but Monday & Tuesday.
Good crowd made it feel like the perfect neighborhood hangout. We'll be back soon!
