Stopped here to grab a quick lunch on our way from Christmas shopping and was told we can't use the app codes inside the restaurant and would have to order through the app. We left and went across the street to Papa Ginos instead. Will never step foot inside a Burger King ever again.

For a large meal this is very disappointing. Did not receive large cups for the drinks, for comparison the onion rings that were hardly filled were the size of the cups. Only large thing from the meals were the whoppers.Edit:Not sure why I came back here but I can confirm I recieved a medium order last time, and ALSO this time my whopper with no cheese came with cheese. Gave them 2 stars but now it’s one. Also ask for your sauce at the window because they will not put it in the bag

Zero. For service. I didn’t realize I had a coupon until at the window they wouldn’t let me use it. I said I would go back around he said no. Just go to Wendy’s down the street. Horrible.

I stopped by this BK, for a quick bathroom break and decided I’d order a small bite. After asking for a sandwich I proceeded to ask for a water, the waitress denied my request. Understanding she probably misunderstood me, I asked to buy a value cup for water. She told me they don’t allow that as I stood there and stared at the soda machine. I was told my options were to buy a bottle of water, a soda or file a complaint. All over an attempt to purchase a cup for water.

They don't want to give you frozen beverages because they don't want to clean it then they touch your money and then dip your cup with bear hand into the ice and 5hey all have an attitude and the manager was Yelling in the background, negative stuff about us being upset.They don't wanna make the new frozen coke for a dollar
