Lg drink, lg fry….. wait at number one…. Who gets sent to the drive through space for 1 lg fry… rediculous…. They panic cause 4 cars show up at once.

I sat in one of the 2 "any lane any time" lanes. They waited on 4 cars from the other lane, I had to reverse and go into the first lane when I was able to. All 4 cars had ordered food for the whole family so it was a 20 minute drive thru ordeal... Just to order a cheeseburger and fries!

McDonald's is McDonald's, you generally know what you're getting into. This one sucks though genuinely. I know all of your ingredients just sit in warming trays all day, but hell at least turn them on? Got a double cheese and a six-piece and the buffalo sauce is hotter than the whole meal. Hell you could microwave it for all I care, at least make the corners of the cheese sag to create the illusion 😂

Would be nice if you could actually ever order on the app. Every time I've considered ordering in the last month or so it says the restaurant is closed. Guess I'll just go to Wendy's or Burger King since they'll actually allow me to use the app.

Update: against my better judgement I decided to give this location a try again. Drive-thru took 10 minutes before I could tell them my app code, and then I waited another 5 minutes, I wouldn't have an issue with this if they actually managed to get my order correct. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and they gave me 2 mcdoubles. Not worth waiting another 15-20 minutes to get my order fixed, at least they gave me the correct size fry. Avoid this location at all costs and drive to Hanson or Brockton instead. Genuinely horrible experience.

food is always cold.

it's bad enough that it's poison, it's bad enough that it costs me 20 dollars for "meal"

i mean basically all you're doing as a cook at McDonald's is reheating food that's already been cooked.

yeah, so please. at least make the garbage look\taste better so we can push it down into our empty souls. :(

You drive an hour from working at Panera pick up your loved one to get food and to go back home and eat and watch tv you need to watch up on after getting out of said work at 7pm only to have the food be absolutely not fresh and sloppily made after waiting patiently only to find out they didn’t give any sauce that you PAID for!!! This shit is trash I’ll go back to Brockton

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been the one in Whitman. They always screwing up your orders giving you the wrong change. They’re always out of everything. I went for breakfast one morning. They said they didn’t have breakfast. One time I ordered a cheeseburger. They gave me two tops And burger. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was too busy. She told me to actually row and never come back because I complained about my burger and she said it’s hard to get help here that people speak English that I needed to get some patience. I will never ever return to this McDonald’s in Whitman again they should close the door of this establishment, I called the headquarters they were supposed to call me back. They never did.

Been sitting here in the drive through for a good 30 min and they have only taken about 3 orders in 20 min! If I wasn’t stuck where I can’t get out I would of drove to another one ina whole other town and it still would of been faster .

Slower and ruder than your average McDonald's.

15 min from the speaker to the window.

First window said only the price to me, no eye contact, and then tossed the receipt in the bin without a word.

Second window just shoved food out, no words at all despite me greeting them.

McDoubles weren't even warm, the first had ONE pickle with nothing else, and the other was just patties/cheese.

At least they refunded me no questions asked. Clearly they are used to that request.
