The food is ALWAYS wrong, if it’s not wrong it’s cold. They are consistently out of soda or sizes so YOU have to pay more for a size up because they can’t keep stock of what actually sells. Terrible experience 75% of the time, and management throws gift cards rather than fixing their issues.

When you order simple happy meals and its missing the mandatory items ie apple slices and you are told that's not what you ordered and didn't even get what they said you ordered, there is a big problem with the person yelling at you that they are the manager and they don't make mistakes.

In nearly 5 decades on this planet, this was by far the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been to. Comically slow until it became infuriatingly slow and we left without our food. If dining in, good luck getting someone to talk to you at the counter… employees out back see you and ignore you.

Went through drive through at 10 pm. Waited 5 minutes for order to be taken. Cashier was very rude. Waited at least 5 to ten minutes for them to take my payments and then another 10 minutes for my food
