Solid breakfast and lunch spot. The staff here all all incredibly kind and offer a welcoming environment. You can tell the restaurant is well taken care of, as its kept clean and when a mess is made its cleaned instantly. The food is hit or miss, some of it its very good while others are alright. But this far I have never been unsatisfied with the food!

I just left this Whitman location and to be honest I am BEYOND Disappointed! My friend and I received our breakfast and in addition to my plate being not cooked as requested; before either of us had the opportunity to take our 1st bite the young woman with the long blonde braid came over, pressed her body to the table and said can I take any of this off your table? I looked up puzzled and to be totally honest my 1st thought was YES Your body!! But instead I said we legit JUST got our food, do you not see that nothing has been touched? She said oh ok and left, moments later our waitress; who didn't deliver our food, came over and also tried to take our plates away! Like are you kidding me right now? We had been there less than 30 minutes in total and you hurried us along from our very 1st interaction. Was our $40 plus bill not large enough for you? You had ample seats and I did not witness this aggressive behavior towards ANY OTHER table; so since you've made us feel EXTREMELY unwanted, we will no longer visit your Establishment. Since I'm expressing my heartfelt Disappointment let me add this note to the owner; Im sad to leave this review. Send in phantom guests and see how they get treated, if they get what they asked for and not what the chef felt like cooking and If nothing more maybe some TRAINING for your staff, poor service ALL AROUND Today.

Great atmosphere! There are trains everywhere. The food was amazing and the portion size was larger than what I’m used to getting at a breakfast restaurant. My wife and I ordered the big breakfast plate to share and we couldn’t finish it. If you’re a fan of cornbread, the one that they serve is MASSIVE.
The staff was friendly and they all greet you when you arrive, the bathrooms are clean, and there are a variation of seating arrangements. Great experience! Especially if you have kids.

Had a great breakfast here, very simple and the food was good. Plenty of parking in the front and the back, country style atmosphere, plenty of tables and booths and our waitress was super friendly. Easy to find location on art 18 in Whitman. The prices are great, not outrageous and they give you a ton of food, there is no skimping at this place! I will definitely be back! If you are looking for specialty coffee’s you will not find them here, a very traditional breakfast place👍👍👍😊

I recently moved to the area from Worcester and was sad about leaving my favorite diners behind. My fiancé and I go out to to breakfast every Sunday. Nellie Rose is by FAR on top of our favorite breakfast places list. The homemade corned beef hash is to die for and the cinnamon raisin toast is my favorite! We’ve been a lot and I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service. I love all the gals that work there, I usually sit at the counter and love watching the kitchen do their thing.
