If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered online at 5:35 and finally got the order at 8:20. When I got the email confirmation, it said I should expect delivery around 7:05. I called the restaurant at 7:50 to find out where my order might be. The manager I spoke to was rude, gave no apology, excuse, or reason for the late delivery, and informed me that it would be about 10 to 15 more minutes before our order would arrive. Came in with a friend of mine going to the movies he ordered three slices of cheese pizza and I ordered buffalo mac & cheese. His meal came out and I’ve waited over 15 minutes for my meal. No explanation as to why. Once I did receive my buffalo mac & cheese, the chicken was room temperature warm and I asked to see the manager and I’ve been waiting five minutes and I still haven’t seen him. Not very happy tonight! Placed my order, it came right on time which was nice. Right after the driver left I realized they forgot my Lg. Cheese breadsticks. Called Papa Gino's and they were GREAT asking if I just wanted a credit or for them to make a new one and send it right out. I asked for it to be sent out please.....
