An awful experience with online ordering....I ordered a good size order but nothing complicated and they had given me 50+ minutes. I ordered while I was about a half hour away and when I got there they had not even started the order!! It was a Sunday night after 730 and they were not very busy. And it may have looked slow but I worked for Papa Gino's for 15 years I know how it works!! Customer service is not as good as it used to be!!

Pretty clean on face surface at least haha. Service is actually pretty quick and Polite. I usually just stop in for a few slices which are always on deck ready to go, for the most part. Pizza is great love the crust!

I was craving a meatball sub, unfortunately when I got home and meatballs were delicious, but the bun was stale so I just ate the meatballs. I called to complain. The gentleman asked the phone would not let me speak to the manager said he would handle it and he had an excuse that the bread was probably frozen and not thawed out and he would pass the message to the manager😌
